Dear Carlos, I want to thank you for the service that you and Online Travel Centre provided to my husband and I on our trip to the Azores Portugal. We booked a group family vacation through Richard at Online Travel Centre. While one person in the family coordinated the booking, we were pleasantly surprised at the attention and care that Richard paid to the needs of our immediate family. We inquired about a range of topics specific to our household - from infant and small-child travel to various insurance coverages to initiating a cancellation - and in each and every instance, Richard provided prompt and professional advice and service. Wanted to thank everyone at Online Travel Centre. I have been dealing with Richard and Carlos for a few years now, have not met them but I feel as though I know them well. They are easy to talk to, they are friendly and make you feel very comfortable. We have booked trips to Italy and Cuba and have always gotten the best deal and best advice. They are there to help you and not take advantage and the best part there is no pressure. You are in charge of your vacation and they guide you in making the right choices when needed. My fiancé and I are getting married in November in Los Cabos, Mexico. Online Travel Centre came highly recommended. Carlos has been a pleasure to work with. Cesar, First I would like to start off by saying thank you very much for all of your help and making our vacation an incredible and very relaxing experience, it was exactly what I wanted and needed! I know when I first came in to see you I was a little confused of where I wanted to go and may have driven you a little crazy with my lack of knowledge but you never made me feel that way. You helped me from beginning to end, you took the time to show me different resorts, hotels, beaches (you know I love the beach!) and what to expect from each of them. I have traveled quite a bit but no one has ever looked after me like you have. Usually once you book your trip your never hear back from them, they take their commission and run, but not you, you helped me step by step until my departure and made sure I was happy when I returned. I very much appreciate your diligence and patience. You are now going to be my sole and only travel agent ( sorry for you LOL). We had a group of 15 people travel to the Dominican Republic and were truly impressed with Carlos from Online Travel Centre and his staff. When I contacted Carlos and told him I had a large group and was interested in traveling to Punta Cana, Carlos was very informative and helpful with providing us feedback and recommendations on different resorts. I was really amazed by their professionalism especially Carlos and of course the rest of the Online Travel Centre team who made our trip to the D.R. memorable and hassle free. All travel arrangement were taken care of by Carlos and we just spent our energy enjoying our trip.
